Exchange, return or defect claim
If you need a different size, want to return the goods or file a defect claim, this simple guide will help you complete the process.
Deadlines for submitting requests:
- Standard exchange – Approximately 14 days after order delivery
- Extended exchange – either 40 days after delivery or after Christmas (until January 10) if you purchased the Extended exchange option with the goods
- Product claim – 2 years from receiving the goods
1. Find your order
There are several ways to find the goods you have purchased or received from us.
A) Log in to your account
If you know which account you used to purchase the goods, the easiest way is to log in and select your items from the order history.
B) Search by order no.
If you can't log in, it doesn't matter. We'll find your order using information from the delivery receipt that came with your order. You must enter both these numbers on the receipt.
C) Search by Extended exchange period no.
If you have purchased the "Extended period" with your goods, simply enter its number now. You can find it on the receipt.
(If you want to enter more than one item for processing, separate the numbers with a comma.)
