Exchange, return or defect claim

If you need a different size, want to return the goods or file a defect claim, this simple guide will help you complete the process.

Deadlines for submitting requests:

  • Standard exchange – Approximately 14 days after order delivery.
  • Extended exchange – either 40 days after delivery or after Christmas (until January 10) if you purchased the Extended exchange option with the goods.
  • Product claim – 2 years from receiving the goods.

Both numbers are listed on the delivery receipt in the frame under the customer's name, to the left. If you have thrown it away, you will also find your delivery receipt in the e-mail that you received when the order was shipped.
