If you can't log in, it doesn't matter. We'll find your order using information from the delivery receipt that came with your order. You must enter both these numbers on the receipt.
C) Search by Extended exchange period no.
If you have purchased the "Extended period" with your goods, simply enter its number now. You can find it on the receipt. (If you want to enter more than one item for processing, separate the numbers with a comma.)
